I actually had to go into device manager and calibrate it from scratch. Once I did that everything worked fine again. Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers. It shows up as "Pro Controller" Right click > Game Controller Settings > Click Pro Controller to highlight it > Properties > Settings tab > Calibrate.
