R.vans · #2 · Aug 6, 2014. it does sound to me like they oil seals on your turbo went bad and/or just wore out from age. much like the seals on your engine, the seals on turbochargers wear out and leak oil over time. this leaking oil would cause the white/blue smoke from your exhaust. So, at just creeping up to 160,000 miles I think the turbo is imminently failing on the 330d.
